Entry Level Manager

Entry Level Manager is situated at Rukmini Enclave, Room 405. We are on Dharam Karam Road in Ameerpet, Hyderabad. This place is known for being a hub of students and people looking for jobs. We are C/O B.V. Subha Rao, who has been around here for a while. Our office is on the fourth floor. It’s a busy building with a lot of people coming and going. We mostly work on training and helping people get their foot in the door for management roles. It’s not a big corporate office with glass walls. It’s just a room with some tables and chairs where we talk about work. Ameerpet is always loud and full of energy, and our office is the same way. We have a lot of young people coming in hoping to start their careers. We try to be honest with them about how hard the work is. Sometimes we have too many people and not enough chairs, so someone has to stand. We don't use fancy jargon or try to sound more important than we are. We are just helping folks learn the basics so they can move up. It’s simple, practical work and we’ve been doing it from this same enclave for a good while now. We keep the door open and the fans running, just getting through the daily tasks. It's a plain office, but it works for us.
