We handle a lot of different supplies here every day. Our shelves stay pretty full most of the time because we hate having empty space. It is a lot of lifting and moving heavy boxes around from the truck to the back room. Some days it is very quiet, and other days it feels like everyone in town shows up at the same time. That is just how the trading business goes. We try to keep what people actually need in stock. Dealing with suppliers can be a real headache sometimes, especially with delays, but we have been doing this long enough to know the ropes. We are not a fancy showroom with bright lights. It is more of a practical place where you get what you need and then get on with your day. We have been part of this neighborhood for a bit now. You get to know the regulars and what they usually ask for. We do not spend money on big signs or anything like that. We just focus on the inventory and the counts. It can get a bit cluttered inside, but we know exactly where everything is kept. If someone asks for something specific, we go check the back. It is straightforward work. No frills, just running the shop and making sure things stay organized enough to function. We close up when the work is finished.
