Ec-Manage

Started working at Ec-Manage here in Hyderabad quite a while back. It is just a normal office where we get things done every day. The city is always busy, especially with the traffic getting worse lately, but we make it to the desk by morning. We aren't a big fancy corporation with glass walls everywhere. It's just a practical space in Hyderabad. Sometimes the AC acts up when it gets really hot outside, but we manage. People here know each other well. We spend most of our time staring at screens or talking about what needs to be finished before the weekend. There is a small spot nearby where we grab tea in the afternoon. It's nothing special, just a regular part of our routine. Usually, the mornings are quiet until everyone gets their coffee and starts checking emails. We don't have those big motivational posters on the walls or anything. It’s just us doing the work. You can hear the sounds of the street from the window if it’s open. It gets noisy with the honking, but you get used to it after a few weeks. We just try to keep things organized and handle the tasks as they come in. Being in Hyderabad means we are right in the middle of everything. It’s a good spot to be, even if the commute is a bit of a pain sometimes. We just keep at it and get the job done. Every day is different, but the work stays the same.
