You can find Elmas Magnetics Pvt. Ltd. over at B- 30A in the Electronic Complex. It’s right there in Kushaiguda, near Ecil. This place is mostly workshops and other technical businesses. We focus on magnetic components and the parts that go with them. It’s a bit of a maze in the complex if you aren't used to it. Our unit, B- 30A, is usually humming with the sound of the machines. We aren't a big corporation with a thousand people. We are just a team that knows our way around magnets and coils. The floors aren't always spotless because we are busy making things. It gets a bit dusty with all the materials we use. We’ve been in Kushaiguda for a long time. It’s a good spot for what we do because other electronics shops are nearby. We don't spend money on fancy advertisements. We just focus on the orders we have. Some days the logistics are a headache, but we manage. If you come by, you’ll see us mostly in the back area where the actual production happens. We don't have a lot of time for sitting around in an office. It’s about getting the magnets built and ready to go. That’s what our day looks like at the Electronic Complex. It is a lot of repetitive work, but it pays the bills and keeps the lights on at B- 30A.
