Durga Motor Driving School

You can find us right on Durga Temple Street in Kondapur, literally just across from the Durga Temple itself. It's a very easy landmark to give people when they are trying to find our office. We have been teaching people how to drive in Hyderabad for a long time now. The traffic around here can be a bit much, but that’s actually good for learning because if you can drive in Kondapur, you can drive anywhere. Our cars aren't brand new luxury models, but they are well-maintained and have the extra pedals for the instructors to use. We spend most of our day out on the road, sitting in the passenger seat and trying to stay calm while students learn how to use the clutch. It takes a lot of patience. Some people pick it up in a week, while others need a month, and that is perfectly okay with us. We don't have a big fancy office, just a small desk where we handle the license paperwork and schedule the lessons. It’s a family-run kind of feel here. We know the local roads like the back of our hand, including all the potholes and shortcuts. Teaching someone to drive is a big responsibility, so we take it seriously even if we are pretty relaxed in how we talk. We just want people to be safe when they get their own car. If you see one of our cars stalled at a light, just be patient with the student.
