Working out of an apartment building means we see our neighbors every day, and it feels more like a community than a corporate park. We handle a lot of paperwork and insurance-related tasks. It’s mostly just making sure forms are filled out right and talking to people on the phone. The office is small, but we’ve managed to fit everything we need into it. We have a lot of files, and sometimes it gets a bit crowded when we have a lot of work coming in. Himayathnagar has a lot of traffic, so we hear the honking and the buses all day long. We don't have a big fancy lobby. You just come up to the third floor and ring the bell. We’ve been here for quite some time now, and we know the area well. There are good places to eat nearby, which is a plus. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to get through our daily pile of work and make sure nothing gets missed. It’s a practical way to run things, and it works for our small team here in the apartments. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
