Dr.Reddy'S Foundation English Facilitator

We are located in Karimnagar. Our main focus here is working as an English facilitator for Dr.Reddy'S Foundation. It is a local effort to help people in the area get better at speaking and writing in English. We don’t have a big corporate office; it is more about the space where we meet the students. Karimnagar is where we live and work every day. The sessions we run are pretty simple. We talk about grammar, practice conversation, and try to make the language feel less intimidating for everyone. It’s just us and the people who want to learn. We spend a lot of time preparing materials that make sense for the folks here. We aren't trying to be a fancy academy. It’s just about providing a practical skill that can help someone get a job or do better in school. The days can be long when you are talking for hours, but it’s a good kind of busy. We see a lot of different people coming through, all with different reasons for wanting to learn English. We just stay focused on the lessons and helping whoever shows up. It’s a very grounded way to work. We don't use a lot of high-tech stuff, just books and conversation. It’s honest work and it feels like we are doing something useful right here in our own community. It doesn't take much to get started, just a bit of effort and someone to help guide the way through the lessons.
