Drishti International

Drishti International is located in Sainik Vihar Colony in Kapra. It’s a bit of a trek if you aren't from this side of town, but we’ve been here for a while and it works for us. Our setup is pretty basic. We have a couple of rooms where we handle all the international side of things, mostly paperwork and logistics. It’s not always exciting work, but it needs to get done. We spend a lot of time checking details and making sure we haven't missed anything important in the shipping logs. The colony is usually pretty quiet, which helps when we need to concentrate. We aren't a big, flashy firm with glass walls and modern furniture. Our stuff is functional and a bit old-fashioned. There are usually boxes stacked in the corner and maps on the wall. It’s just a few of us here, so we all end up doing a bit of everything. If the phone rings, whoever is closest picks it up. We don't have a lot of formal rules about how things look, as long as the work is correct and on time. Kapra has grown a lot since we started, but our little office feels much the same. We just keep our heads down and focus on what’s in front of us. It’s a steady pace, and that’s how we like it. Sometimes we stay late to catch up with different time zones, but we don't mind.
