People always ask how we manage to stay open all day and night here on Road No. 12 in Banjara Hills. Honestly, it is just because animals do not wait for business hours to get sick. We have been at Dr. Dog Pet Hospital for a while now. Most days are pretty loud with barking and meowing, but that is just how it goes. The floors might have a few scuffs and the waiting room gets crowded on weekends, but we focus on the pets. Our team is usually running around between exams and surgeries. It is not a fancy place with leather chairs or anything. It is a hospital. We deal with everything from routine shots to middle-of-the-night emergencies that keep us on our toes. Sometimes we are tired, but seeing a dog walk out wagging its tail makes the long shifts worth it. Being in Banjara Hills means we see a lot of different neighbors and their furry friends. We know most of the regulars by name now. It is a lot of work keeping things running twenty-four hours a day. We try our hardest to keep things organized even when three people show up at once with different issues. There is always coffee in the back and someone checking on the overnight patients. We just do what needs doing for the animals in our care. It is a simple setup, really. We are just here when people need a hand with their pets, no matter what time the clock says.
