Dhilisha Kiryana General Stores

We are tucked away at No-75 in Jeedimetla. Most people find us because we are so close to Ujala Restaurant, which is a big spot around here. This is a general store, so we have a bit of everything on the shelves. It’s not always perfectly neat, but we know where everything is. We see the same faces every day, neighbors coming in for small things they forgot or just to say hi. Running a kiryana store means long hours. We open early and stay open until it’s dark. It's just a regular shop. We don’t do anything fancy with advertising. People come in because they live nearby and they need stuff. Sometimes the stock takes a while to arrive, or we run out of something popular, but we just try to keep the shelves full. It’s a lot of lifting and counting. My family helps out when they can. The area has changed a lot, with more buildings going up, but our little corner stays the same. It’s a bit dusty sometimes because of the road, but that’s Jeedimetla for you. We just keep going, day after day. It’s a simple life running a store like this. No big corporate plans here, just selling what people need for their homes. We don't have a website or a delivery app, people just walk in. Sometimes we sit on the stools outside when it’s quiet.
