Our place is in Balanagar, specifically over at Vahini Estates. If you are coming from Kukatpally, you know the turnoffs can be a bit tricky. Dhaksha Sri E-Learning Services occupies a few spots here, namely Pt Nos 1/A, 2/A, and 3/B in Baghameeri Village. It sounds like a lot of space, but we use every bit of it for our servers and the desks where we plan out the lessons. It is a bit of an industrial feel in this part of town, which suits us just fine because we are here to work. We spend a lot of time looking at screens and talking about how to make the e-learning stuff easier for people to use. It’s not always a smooth process. We deal with power cuts or software glitches just like anyone else. There’s a lot of back and forth between the staff about what looks right and what doesn't. We don’t have a marketing team writing stuff for us, so what you see is basically what we put together ourselves. The village area has changed a lot since we set up here, and it gets quite noisy during the day with all the movement outside. We mostly stick to our tasks and try to keep the business running without too much fuss. It’s a straightforward operation. We just want to provide a way for people to learn things from their own homes without making it overly complicated. We're just local people doing our best with the tech we have.
