Design Your Destiny Foundation

Out in Kompally, you can find us at Jayabheri Park. We are in the Sai Swetha Enclave, specifically at Flat No. 302 on Plot No. 37 and 38. It’s a bit of a drive from the main part of Hyderabad, but it’s nice to have a little more space out here. The Design Your Destiny Foundation office is usually filled with the sound of people talking or the printer running in the background. We have a lot of open space, which we use for various meetings and just general work. The light comes in really well in the afternoons, though it can get a bit warm if we don’t keep the curtains drawn. We are a small team and we all end up doing a bit of everything, from cleaning up after lunch to handling the serious stuff. We don’t have any big mission statements on the walls or anything like that. We just focus on the people we are trying to help and try to stay organized. Sometimes things get a bit messy, and we have to spend a Friday afternoon just sorting through old files and cleaning out the fridge. It’s a very human way of working, and we wouldn’t have it any other way. We just try to stay practical and keep our focus on the day-to-day tasks that keep everything running smoothly.
