Dell International Services, Hyderabad

We are tucked away on the first floor of Plot No:58 over in Jaya Nagar Colony. Most people know the New Bowenpally area in Secunderabad, but they might not realize we are right here. This isn't the big fancy Dell campus you might see in photos. This is more of a local branch of Dell International Services where we handle the day-to-day stuff. The office is pretty basic. We have our desks, our headsets, and plenty of monitors. It’s a bit crowded sometimes, especially when everyone is in at once. Being in Jaya Nagar Colony is nice because it’s a bit quieter than the main roads. You can actually hear yourself think. We spend most of our time talking to people on the phone or typing away on keyboards. It’s not the most exciting work, but it’s important and we do it well. We have a small pantry where we keep our lunches, and there’s a good spot for samosas just down the street. We’ve been at this location for a while now. Some of the furniture is getting a bit worn out, but the tech is all up to date. We don't have a lot of visitors, but when we do, they usually get lost trying to find the right plot number. It’s just how this neighborhood is laid out. We like it here because it feels like a real neighborhood, not just a business park.
