DAICEL Chiral Technologies (INDIA) Pvt.Ltd.

Our work happens at Lab No.4A in Phase III of the IKP Knowledge Park. This is out in Turkapally Village, in the Shamirpet area. DAICEL Chiral Technologies (INDIA) Pvt.Ltd. is a bit of a long name, but we just think of it as our lab. It’s a quiet spot compared to the city center, which is nice for the kind of technical work we do. The Knowledge Park is quite big, so it takes a minute to drive in and find Lab 4A. We spend most of our hours inside the lab, surrounded by various instruments and testing setups. It’s a very controlled environment, so everything has its specific place. The surroundings at Turkapally are quite green, which makes the commute a bit more pleasant. We don't have a lot of walk-in visitors because it’s a specialized facility, but we’re always here working on different projects. The building is modern enough, though sometimes the lab equipment needs a lot of upkeep. We eat our lunch in the common areas of the park and then get back to it. It’s a steady routine of testing and recording data. Being in Shamirpet means we are a bit away from the main hub, but the peace and quiet helps us focus. We’ve been part of the park for several years now. It’s a professional space but we keep things pretty grounded in our daily work and how we talk to each other.
