We’re over in Madhuranagar, inside the Siddartha Geetanjali Apartments. Our office is Flat Number 402. It's a residential building, so it feels a bit more like a home than a stiff office building. Cygnushrsolutions is where we handle all our HR work. We have desks set up in the main rooms of the flat. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. The balcony gives us a little bit of air when we need a break from the computers. Being in Hyderabad, it gets quite hot, so we rely on the AC a lot to stay comfortable. We spend most of the day talking to people on the phone or going through resumes. It’s not a glamorous job, but someone has to do it. We don’t have a big sign outside, so people sometimes wander around the hallway looking for us. The apartment complex is usually pretty quiet during the day since most people are out at work. We like it that way because it helps us concentrate on the files. We don't have any polished brochures or marketing materials to hand out to visitors. We just tell people where we are and what we do. It’s a small, practical operation and we don’t try to make it sound like anything else. We just get through the day and the work is steady.
