Our place is on Road No. 14 in Banjara Hills, at Plot No. 235. Even though the address sounds a bit fancy because it’s in Hyderabad, our actual day-to-day life is pretty grounded. We spend most of our time at our workstations dealing with software and motion tech. The building is okay, though the parking situation on this road can be a bit of a headache if you arrive late. Inside, it’s mostly just rows of desks and a lot of humming from the server racks. We don’t really go in for big decorations or corporate branding on every wall. It’s more about having a comfortable chair and a screen that works. Some days are just spent staring at lines of code that won't work, and other days things go surprisingly smooth. We usually grab lunch from one of the nearby spots or just eat at the desks if things are busy. It’s a mix of people who have been here for years and some newer faces. We don’t have a rigid way of doing things, as long as the work gets done by the end of the week. Sometimes we stay late to finish a specific project, but we try to keep a normal balance. There isn't any fancy mission statement pinned up; we just know what we have to do when we walk in. It's a practical office for a tech company that prefers to stay focused on the tasks at hand.
