We are over here at Flat 204 in Sowmya Residency, right in New Mirjalguda. Corecareers has been around this part of Hyderabad for a while now. Most days it’s just us handling a lot of paperwork and talking to people looking for jobs. It gets pretty loud sometimes because the phones never really stop ringing. We started out small and stayed in this residential building because it’s easy for folks to find us once they know the landmark. There’s a lot of coming and going since we deal with career stuff. Sometimes we’re just sorting through piles of resumes or trying to figure out which company needs what. It’s not fancy or anything, just a regular office with desks and some old fans that hum. We usually grab lunch from the local spots nearby. It feels like a neighborhood spot even though we do professional work. People walk in sometimes just to ask for directions or see if there’s a vacancy. We try to keep things organized but in a busy place like this, things get messy quickly. It’s mostly about connecting one person to another and making sure the details are right. Hyderabad can be hot, so we appreciate the shade here. We’ve been at this H-No:16-62 address for a good bit of time. We just do our thing every day, helping where we can with job searches and keeping the files updated. It's honest work and we like being part of the local scene here.
