We are located on the third floor of Rauf Plaza, which is at 9-4-77/A/249 in Al Hasnath Colony. It’s right there in the Toli Chowk area of Hyderabad. Being on the third floor means we have to walk up or take the lift every time we need something, but it gives us a bit of a break from the noise on the street below. The office is where we do all the engineering and planning for the steel projects. It’s full of large tables for spreading out drawings and a few computers that stay on all day. Toli Chowk is a very crowded place, so just getting to work in the morning can be an adventure with all the traffic and people. Our space isn't huge, but it fits the few of us who work here. We spend a lot of time debating over designs and checking numbers. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find fancy lounge areas. It’s just a workspace. We often have tea delivered from the shop downstairs while we work through our tasks. People in the colony know us as the steel guys in the plaza. We don't really do much in the way of promotion. Most of our days are spent just making sure the engineering details are right before anything goes to the site. It’s a lot of focus and quiet work, punctuated by the sounds of the city coming through the windows.
