We are based in Secunderabad at House Number 29 176, which everyone knows as Vignesh Mansion. It’s located in the New Vidya Nagar Colony, right in the Neradmet area. This building is more like a large house than an office block, which fits the vibe of the neighborhood. Secunderabad can get pretty hot in the summer, so we spend a lot of time keeping the coolers running. The colony itself is fairly quiet, mostly filled with families and retirees, so we try not to make too much noise ourselves. Our office is just a couple of rooms on one of the floors. We’ve got some calendars on the walls and plenty of files everywhere because we haven't quite moved everything to computers yet. It’s a bit old-fashioned here, but it works for us. Most of the staff comes from nearby areas like Malkajgiri or Safilguda, so we're all locals. We usually sit together during lunch and talk about what's going on in the city. There isn't anything fancy about Vignesh Mansion, just a solid building that’s been here for years. We don’t have a receptionist or a lobby. If you come by, you just walk in and talk to whoever is sitting at the front desk. It’s a very casual environment, and we like keeping it that way because it feels more personal and less like a cold business.
