We are based at Plot No 129/130 in the Survey Of India Colony, which is right in the Madhapur area. It is an interesting place to be because Madhapur is always changing with new buildings and offices popping up everywhere. Our work is mostly about security and keeping an eye on things. We have a lot of staff who work as guards at different spots around the city. The office is where we do the interviews and handle the daily schedules. It is a lot of logs and notebooks filled with names and times. We do not have a big marketing budget or flashy signs. Most of our work comes from people who have seen our guys out on the job. We take the investigation side of things seriously too, but it is mostly just a lot of sitting and watching or asking questions. The office can get pretty full when the shift changes happen and all the guards come in at once. We drink a lot of tea and try to keep everything organized. It is not a glamorous job, but it is necessary. Being in Survey Of India Colony means we are close to a lot of the big tech parks, so we see the city’s growth every day.
