City Lite Neon Sign

City Lite Neon Sign is tucked into Business Towers on Tilak Road in Abids. Our space is House No. C-14, 4-1-873, and we are quite close to Surya Theater. If you know the Abids area, you know it gets crowded, and finding a quiet moment is rare. We spend our days working with neon tubes, glass, and transformers. There is a specific smell of heated glass and gas in the air here. It’s a bit of a craft, bending the tubes just right so they don't break. The workshop is filled with different colors of light, even during the daytime. We don't really have a showroom; it's more of a workspace where the magic happens. Most of the time, we are busy checking connections or painting the backs of signs. It’s slow work that requires a lot of patience. Sometimes a tube snaps and we have to start all over, which is frustrating but part of the job. We aren't a big factory; it's just a few of us who know how to handle these materials. The building itself is old, but it suits us fine. We’ve been making these lights for people in the city for a long time now. People come to us because they know we stay late to get the job done. It’s just how we operate.
