Citizens Hospitals

Citizens Hospitals is located on the Gachibowli Road, right near the Aparna Sarovar area and the Kanchi Gopanapalli stretch. This part of the city near Serilingampally has become quite busy with all the new buildings going up. Our facility is a large place with several floors and a lot of different departments. It can be a bit confusing to find your way around at first. We have people at the front desk who try to point everyone in the right direction. The hallways are long and have that distinct hospital smell of floor cleaner and medicine. We have a lot of staff running around, from nurses in blue scrubs to guys pushing trolleys of laundry. The elevators take a while during the lunch hour when everyone is moving at once. We have a small cafeteria downstairs that serves tea and snacks, and that’s where most of us end up at some point in the day. The windows look out over the road, and you can see the traffic backed up towards Gachibowli. It’s a lot of work keeping a place this size running smoothly. We spend most of our shifts checking monitors and updating records on the computers. Some of the rooms have been renovated recently, while others still have the older style of flooring. It’s a mix of old and new. We deal with everything from small cuts to people who need to stay for a few days. It's just a busy place that never really sleeps. We've been here for years.
