You can find Jayanth Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd. over at Plot No 4A in Phase I of the I D A in Cherlapally. Being in a pharma hub means there are always rules and checks, but inside our walls, we try to keep things as relaxed as possible. It is a clean place, obviously, because of what we do, but it still has that lived-in feel. We have a small lab area and a packing section that stays busy most of the week. The commute to Cherlapally can be a bit of a grind for those of us living in the main city, but the area itself is quiet enough once you get inside the industrial estate. We don't have a big corporate culture here. It is mostly just the same group of people who have been here for years, working through the batches and keeping an eye on the clocks. We drink a lot of tea and sometimes have small celebrations if someone has a birthday. The paperwork is the most annoying part of the job, but it has to be done. Our office chairs are a bit squeaky and the air conditioning is sometimes too cold, but we don't complain much. We focus on the daily tasks and make sure the labels are straight and the boxes are packed. It’s a straightforward business and we don't feel the need to dress it up with fancy words.
