This side of the business deals more with the RTA side of things, like the registration and the paperwork that goes along with owning a vehicle. People come in with all sorts of questions about their licenses or how to transfer their vehicle details. It’s a lot of back and forth with the government offices, which can be slow sometimes. We just try to get the forms filled out correctly so people don't have to go back twice. The office isn't fancy, just some desks and a lot of folders stacked up. Hyderabad is a big city and the rules can be confusing for folks, so we just explain things in plain Telugu or English. Most of our day is spent checking documents and making sure all the signatures are in the right place.
