We operate out of Hyderabad, which is a city that never really seems to slow down or get quiet. Being in the business of providing solutions here means you have to stay on your toes and be ready for anything. We don’t have a big fancy storefront or a lobby with a receptionist; we mostly focus on the actual work that needs to be done. Our team is made up of local folks who have been in the industry for years and know how things work in this part of the country. We handle all different kinds of technical and business problems for the people who come to us for help. It’s a real mix of tasks. Some days we are buried under a mountain of paperwork, and other days we are out and about meeting people or trying to figure out why a particular system has a glitch. Hyderabad is a massive place, so we end up traveling around the different neighborhoods quite a bit to get things sorted for our clients. We aren't trying to be the biggest or most famous company out there. We just want to do a decent, honest job so that people keep coming back to us. The office is pretty basic—just some sturdy desks, chairs, and our technical equipment. We keep it simple because that’s the way we like to work. No one here is worried about looking corporate; we just want to get the solutions right and keep our customers satisfied with the results.
