Baba Steel Industries /Chandapur

Down at Sy No 358 in Chandapur, things are usually moving pretty fast. This is where we do our steel work under the name Baba Steel Industries /Chandapur. It is not a quiet place at all. There is always the sound of grinding and the bright flashes from welding happening in the back. We make things like gates, window grills, and frames for the houses being built nearby. The yard is usually a bit of a mess with offcuts of metal and old welding rods scattered around. We try to keep it organized, but when three different jobs are going on at once, things get cluttered. People from the village come by to ask if we can fix a broken farm tool or make a simple door for their shed. We just take a look, give them a rough price, and get to work. We don't have a big marketing team or a fancy office. Our office is just a small chair and a table under a tin roof. The rain makes a lot of noise on that roof, making it hard to talk to customers sometimes. We just focus on getting the measurements right so the pieces fit together when they get to the site. It is honest work and it keeps our hands busy all day. We often stay late when a big gate needs to be finished for a customer who is coming early the next morning. It takes a lot of effort to lift the heavy pieces around.
