Century Hospital

Century Hospital is right on Road No.12 in Banjara Hills, which is a very well-known part of Hyderabad. If you spend any time in Telangana, you probably know how busy these streets can get. Our address is easy to find, though the traffic can be a bit of a headache sometimes during the peak hours. The hospital is a big building with lots of floors and plenty of windows looking out at the city. Every day is different here. Some mornings start very early with the staff arriving before the sun is even fully up. We have patients coming from all over Hyderabad, not just the local Banjara Hills area. It is a lot of walking back and forth through the hallways. The air conditioning is usually running full blast because of the heat outside in this part of India. We do not have much time for small talk, as there is always someone needing something or a phone ringing at the front desk. Road No.12 is a main artery for the city, so we hear the honking and the buses all day long. It is just a regular hospital where things happen all the time. People are often worried when they arrive, so we just try to get them where they need to go. There are no fancy decorations, just white walls and equipment. It is a functional place that stays busy without much of a break.
