Call Center College

Call Center College is located inside the Anupama Executive Hostel in Nagarjuna Nagar, Ameerpet. If you know Hyderabad, you know Ameerpet is the place to be for learning new skills and finding work. We are right in the middle of all that energy. Our setup is a bit different because we are located within the hostel building, which makes it very convenient for students who are staying there. We spend our days teaching people how to handle phone calls, speak clearly, and manage the software used in big call centers. It is a lot of practice and repetition. The rooms are usually full of people trying to improve their English or learn how to deal with difficult customers. It is a very practical kind of place. We do not have a big campus; it is just a few rooms with computers and headsets. Since we are in Nagarjuna Nagar, there are always plenty of places to grab a quick biryani or a coffee nearby. The atmosphere is very focused because everyone is there with the same goal of getting a job. It can be a bit crowded and noisy with all the training going on, but that is just how it is in Ameerpet. We are just here to give people the basic tools they need to start their careers in the call center industry without making it more complicated than it needs to be.
