Our site is out at Sy.No.60-62 in Gundlapochampally, right off the Medchal Highway in the Rangareddy District. It is a large area, and because we are near the highway, there is a constant sound of trucks passing by. BUILDMATE Projects Pvt.Ltd. operates from this spot, which is more of a functional yard and office combo than a polished corporate headquarters. We have some heavy equipment parked out front and a lot of steel and concrete around the place. The office itself is a basic structure we built to keep the paperwork dry and the computers away from the dust. It isn't a place with marble floors or fancy lighting. We mostly wear boots and practical clothes because the ground can get muddy when it rains. The sun hits the yard pretty hard in the afternoon, so we try to get the outdoor work done early. We have been at this location for a while, and we have seen the highway change quite a bit over the years. Inside the office, it is usually busy with people checking schedules or talking on their phones. We do not have a lot of decorative items, just maps and charts pinned to the walls. It is a straightforward environment where the focus is on the projects we have going on. We do not use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just show up at the site, get the work moving, and try to stay on top of the grind.
