Brown Bean

Brown Bean is located right on the Outer Ring Road in Dundigal. We are pretty close to the Air Force Academy, which is the main thing people use to find us. Being out here near the highway means we get a lot of different people passing through. Our focus is on coffee and the business surrounding it. The smell of roasted beans is pretty much always in the air here, which is one of the better parts of the job. It’s a bit of a dusty area because of all the construction and traffic on the Outer Ring Road, but we’ve made a comfortable spot for ourselves. We spend a lot of time checking the quality of the beans and making sure the roasting process is going right. It’s not a complicated business, but it requires a lot of attention to detail so the taste doesn't go off. The staff here is small and we all pitch in with everything, from unloading sacks to cleaning up at the end of the day. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just like coffee and want to make sure the stuff we provide is decent. If you're driving past the Academy, you'll see our place easily enough. It’s a simple, honest setup for people who appreciate a good bean. We don't have fancy cafes or anything, just the core business of dealing with quality coffee beans.
