BRICKWELL

We are based in Flora Apartments, room 504, located at 8-2-348/1 on Road No.3 in Banjara Hills. It is a residential-style building, which makes the workspace feel a bit more relaxed than a standard office block. BRICKWELL is run by a small group of us who share this space. We have a few desks squeezed into the rooms, and there are always blueprints or samples sitting on the tables. Banjara Hills is a nice area, but the traffic on Road No.3 can be quite a mess during rush hour. We often have to coordinate our meetings around the busiest times of the day. The office isn't very large, so things can get a bit cluttered when we have a new project starting. We do not have a receptionist; usually, whoever is closest to the door just opens it when someone knocks. There is a small balcony where we sometimes go to get some air or take a quick break from the screens. It is a practical setup that works for what we need. We do not spend money on expensive furniture or big signs. Most of our work happens on computers or out at site visits, so the office is mainly just a home base for us. It is a quiet enough spot once you get inside the apartment building. We just keep our heads down and handle the daily tasks as they come up, without any big corporate drama or complicated rules.
