Bombay Juice

You can find Bombay Juice on the ground floor of Unity House, which is building number 51 in the Abids area. Abids is always crowded so there is a lot of energy right outside our door. Being on the ground floor means people just wander in while they are out shopping or doing their errands. We have been here at Unity House for a good while and the space is familiar to us now. The walls have a few scuffs and the floor tile is worn down in the spots where we stand the most. We start our day by washing the counters and setting out the glasses. There is always a pile of fruit skins that needs to be taken out to the bin. It is a simple setup with a few machines and a lot of fresh produce. We do not really use much technology here, just our hands and the basic tools we need. When it rains, the water puddles a bit near the entrance and we have to put out a mat. The afternoon heat can be tough but the high ceilings of the old building help a bit. Most of the people who come in are regulars from the nearby offices. We know what they want before they even say anything. It is just a routine of chopping, mixing, and cleaning up after the rush. We like being in the middle of all that Abids action. It gets loud but we do not mind much.
