Blue Orange Consultancy, Hyderabad

We are over here at Old MIG in BHEL, RC Puram. It’s a busy part of Hyderabad and we’ve been at House Number 1887 for a while now. Most people know this 3 Phase area because of the township nearby. We do consultancy work, mostly helping people find jobs or helping companies figure out their staff needs. It isn't a fancy office with glass walls or anything. It is just a practical space where we get things done. Sometimes the traffic outside gets a bit loud, especially in the mornings, but we like being here. We started this because we knew a lot about how hiring works in this part of the city. A few of us sit here and handle calls and emails all day. It’s pretty straightforward. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. People usually hear about us from someone else who worked with us before. We try to keep things simple and not overcomplicate the process. Hyderabad is growing so fast, especially towards this side, and there is always someone looking for a new role. We just facilitate that. Sometimes it is stressful when deadlines are tight, but mostly it is just steady work. We grab tea from the local stall nearby and keep going. That is basically how we operate. Nothing too formal, just a local group doing what we know best in our little corner of the city. We enjoy the work.
