Our office is up on the 8th floor of the I Labs Building. It’s right across from the In Orbit Mall, so there’s always a lot of traffic and people moving around outside. Pass Gerhard Consulting Alliance Solutions Centre Private Limited is a long name, I know, but we usually just call it the office. We spend most of our time at our desks looking at charts and talking through things with clients. Being on Plot No 18 gives us a decent view, but mostly we are focused on the tasks at hand. It’s quiet inside compared to the mall area. We have a small team here. Most of us have been working in this field for years, so we just know the routine. We aren't big on fancy meetings or corporate talk. We just sit down, look at the problems people bring us, and try to find a way through them. It’s practical work. Sometimes the elevators are slow in the morning, which is a bit of a pain. But once we are upstairs, it’s all about the data and the plans. We drink a lot of coffee to stay sharp. People come to us when they need a bit of guidance with their business stuff. We don't promise anything magical. We just use what we know and try to be helpful. It’s a straightforward way to earn a living for all of us here. We keep our doors open for anyone needing real advice without the extra fluff.
