Big City Readymade Garments

Out here in Ramanthapur, things move a little differently than in the old city. Big City Readymade Garments is on the main road, so we get a lot of people stopping by while they’re on their way somewhere else. We have two shop units joined together, which gives us a bit more room to breathe compared to some of the smaller stalls. We keep a lot of readymade stuff for the whole family. You’ll find jeans, t-shirts, and some simple dresses for women too. We aren't trying to be a big mall. We’re just a local shop where you can pick up a few items without spending your whole afternoon. The shelves are mostly metal, and we use those long poles to reach the items at the top. Sometimes the rain leaks a little near the front door during the monsoon, so we have to move the racks back. It’s a bit of a headache, but we manage. My staff are local boys who know the area well. They aren't trained in sales or anything; they just talk to people like they’re neighbors. We don't do big discount sales with loud music. If we get a good price from the supplier, we just pass that on to whoever walks in. It’s a straightforward way of doing business that has kept us going for years on this road. We appreciate everyone who stops by and says hello while they are out shopping.
