Sree Taruni Coffee Industries

We are over at D No 1/6/329 in the Gangaputra Sangam area. Sree Taruni Coffee Industries is where we handle all our coffee beans and roasting. You can usually smell the coffee from a block away if the wind is blowing the right way. It’s a small operation, nothing like the big factories you see on the news. We have our roasting machines and some packing gear in a relatively small space. The building itself is older, and we’ve had to patch up the walls a few times over the years. We spend a lot of our time sorting through heavy sacks and making sure the roast is just right. It gets pretty warm inside during the afternoons, especially when the machines have been running for hours at a time. People from the neighborhood sometimes stop by just because of the aroma. We don't have a storefront with chairs or anything; it's mostly just a production spot for us. There’s always dust from the beans on the floor, no matter how much we sweep it up. We just go about our business day by day. It’s hard work and involves a lot of lifting, but we are used to it by now. Gangaputra Sangam is a decent place to be based, even if the roads are a bit narrow for the delivery vans to navigate. We just keep the machines maintained and keep the coffee moving out to our customers as fast as possible.
