We are based in Hyderabad, which is a city that never really stops moving. Benvia Software Pvt.Ltd. has been around for a bit, operating out of a fairly simple office. We don't go in for all that corporate polish or fancy furniture. Our desks are a bit worn down and the chairs aren't the newest, but they do the job. We spend our hours looking at screens and trying to solve problems. It is the kind of work that requires a lot of patience. Sometimes we get stuck on a single line of code for half the day, and then it finally clicks. Those are the good days. We have a small kitchen area where we mostly just make tea. The walk to the office can be a bit of a chore when it is raining, but we all make it in eventually. We aren't trying to change the world or anything, we are just a group of people doing a job we understand. There is no hierarchy here that makes people feel uncomfortable. If you have an idea, you just say it. We keep our talk simple and our work honest. Most of the time, the office is quiet, except for the hum of the computers. We are just a local bunch trying to make a living and doing decent work for the people who hire us. Every day is pretty much the same routine.
