Jaycinth Drugs & Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd. has been at 3-4-512/24 Barakatpura for quite some time now. Barakatpura is an old part of the city, and our building fits right in. It’s a bit of a maze inside with narrow hallways and rooms filled with shelves. We deal with various drugs and medicines, keeping everything sorted so we can find things quickly. It’s not a high-tech facility with robots or anything. It’s just us, some sturdy shelves, and a lot of logbooks. We still do a lot of things by hand because it feels more reliable that way. The ceiling fans are always whirring, trying to keep the heat away during the summer. We don't have any fancy mission statements on the walls. We just have calendars and some old photos. People in the neighborhood know where we are if they need to drop off a message or pick something up. We’re not a huge company with hundreds of employees. We’re just a small group of people who know the pharma trade. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook, and other times it’s nice and quiet. We just take it as it comes. We try to be helpful when people call with questions, but we don't use any sales talk. It’s just a plain, honest business. That’s how we’ve always done things here in Barakatpura.
