You can find us in the Lumbini Jewel Mall on Road No 2 in Banjara Hills. We are right on the ground floor, so it’s easy to spot us when you walk in from the main entrance. It’s a coffee shop, so obviously, it smells like roasted beans all the time. We have several tables and chairs where people sit for hours sometimes, just working on their laptops or meeting up with friends. It’s a bit different from a standalone cafe because we are part of the mall, so we get a lot of foot traffic from people just shopping. The atmosphere is a mix of people in a hurry and some who are just killing time. I spend my shift making drinks, cleaning up spills, and making sure we haven't run out of milk or sugar. It gets pretty loud on the weekends when the mall is packed with families. The air conditioning is usually blasting, which is a relief from the Hyderabad heat outside. We have a small counter where we take orders and a little area in the back for the staff to take their breaks. It’s not a complicated business. We just serve coffee and some snacks to whoever walks in. Sometimes the machine acts up and we have to fix it while customers are waiting, which is always fun. It’s just a normal day-to-day routine for us here in the mall.
