Bansal Moulding Industries

In Mailardev Pally, there are a lot of small industries, and we are one of them at house number 8 4 52/4/2/A. We do a lot of moulding work here. The machines are old but they still run fine if you know how to handle them. The air inside the workshop is always warm because of the heaters we use to melt the materials. We make all sorts of plastic parts. Sometimes they are for machines and other times they are just small household things. It is messy work. There are scraps of plastic on the floor and the smell of hot oil and melting resin is always around. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who know how to set the molds and run the presses. Most of our day is spent watching the cycles and making sure the pieces come out right. If the cooling isn't fast enough, the parts warp, so we have to stay focused. We don't have a lobby or a receptionist. If someone wants to talk to us, they usually just walk into the shed and find us by the machines. Mailardev Pally is a busy industrial patch, so there are always trucks moving in and out of the narrow lanes. We just keep our heads down and get the orders finished. It is hard work, and your clothes get dirty, but it is what we do. We’ve been at this for several years now.
