Singareni Colony is a crowded place, and finding a specific house number like mine can be a bit of a puzzle for someone who isn't from around here. My workspace is part of the house, so there isn't really a divide between work and life. I wake up, have my tea, and get straight to whatever needs doing for the day. It could be anything from sorting out supplies to meeting someone who needs a job done. Saidabad is a busy part of the city, and the streets around the colony are always full of kids playing or people heading to the market. I’ve lived here a long time, so I know most of the faces on my lane. My setup isn't fancy at all. I have a desk, some chairs, and whatever tools I need for my work. People usually just call me on my mobile or drop by if they are in the neighborhood. It’s not the kind of place with a receptionist or a waiting room. You just come in and we talk about what you need. It’s simple, direct, and it’s how things have always worked for me in Singareni Colony. This is home.
