You can find Veda Life Sciences Pvt. Ltd. on the 4th floor of the YSR Complex. We are at Plot No. B-1 in Tie Phase 2, Balanagar. Being up on the fourth floor gives us a bit of a view of the industrial area, though it’s mostly just roofs and trucks. Balanagar is always loud and moving, which suits a life sciences company like ours. We spend a lot of time looking at data and managing the various stages of our projects. It’s a lot of specialized work, but we try to keep the atmosphere relaxed. The elevator in the complex can be slow sometimes, so a few of us take the stairs for exercise. We’ve got a mix of people here, some who have been in the industry for decades and some newer faces. We don't have a big lobby or a receptionist to greet you; you just walk in and find whoever is available. We handle life science products and research materials. It's practical work that requires a lot of attention to detail. Sometimes the deadlines are tight and we stay late, but usually, we’re out by evening. The office layout is a bit weird because of the building's shape, but it works for us. We just concentrate on the science and the logistics of what we do. No one wears suits unless there’s a very good reason. We're just regular people working in a busy part of town, trying to keep the business healthy.
