C-325 - Ra Chem Pharma Ltd.

Ra Chem Pharma is located on the first floor of a building in the TIE area of Balanagar. Specifically, we are at Plot No. 26 and 27. Balanagar is one of the older industrial estates in Hyderabad. It’s not a very pretty place, just lots of concrete buildings and workshops. Being on the first floor means we are constantly moving crates up and down the stairs, which keeps us busy. Our space is divided between a small office area and the lab. We don't have a lot of extra room, so we have to stay organized. There are about ten of us working here. It gets quite loud because of the other workshops in the building, but we’ve gotten used to it. The office is pretty basic with just some old desks and filing cabinets filled with years of records. We do a lot of work with pharmaceutical ingredients. It involves a lot of weighing, mixing, and testing. We don't have any corporate branding or big logos on the walls. It’s just a practical workspace. The power can be a bit unreliable in this part of town, so we have a generator that we rely on quite a bit. We usually eat our lunch together in the small pantry. It’s a very informal atmosphere. We just focus on getting our orders processed and keeping the quality where it needs to be. It’s a standard small-scale pharma setup.
