Balaji Metacast Industries is located at Reliance Villas, specifically Villa No. 1 in New Bownpally, Chinna Thockatta. It might seem a little unusual to have an industry name associated with a villa address, but this is where we handle all our business. We deal with metal casting, which is a heavy and often hot line of work. Most of our time is spent looking over designs and managing the production side of things. New Bownpally is a decent area and being in Chinna Thockatta keeps us connected to the local network of suppliers. We aren't a big, impersonal factory with thousands of workers. It’s more of a family-run feeling where we know everyone’s name. The office inside the villa is functional, filled with papers, metal samples, and the sound of the phone ringing. We don't spend money on fancy brochures or big ads. People usually find us because they need specific casting work done and they heard we do it right. The work is mostly about melting metal and pouring it into molds, which is a process that hasn't changed much over the years. It’s honest, dirty work that requires a lot of patience. We just show up every day, check the furnace schedules, and make sure the orders are moving along. It is a steady rhythm of work that keeps us going through the week.
