Balaji Iron Merchant is situated over at Stb4/A. We are in the Pragathi Nagar area. The specific road we are on is Devi Theatre Road. Most people who live around here know where the theatre is, so finding us isn't usually a problem. The shop is a bit of a plain place, mostly filled with the iron and materials we deal with every day. It’s not a spot for lounging around or having fancy meetings. We spend our hours moving things and talking to customers who come by for their supplies. Pragathi Nagar is a decent place to have a business like Balaji Iron Merchant. The street can get a bit congested when deliveries are happening, but we manage. We’ve got the name clearly marked so you can see it from the road. The building isn't new, but it holds up well enough for what we need. It’s just a standard local shop where the work is honest and the hours are long. We don't use a lot of fancy equipment to talk to people; it’s mostly just face-to-face or on the old phone when it rings. Being on Devi Theatre Road means there’s a bit of foot traffic and people know the landmark. We like being part of the neighborhood. It feels right to be settled in here.
