BALA BALAJI PACKAGING SYSTEMS

BALA BALAJI PACKAGING SYSTEMS is situated at Plot No. 25 A in the Electronic Complex at Kushaiguda. It is a fairly large area and there are always trucks moving in and out with different electronic goods. Our plot is tucked in among a few other similar looking buildings. Inside, it’s mostly the sound of packing machines and the smell of cardboard and tape. We have high ceilings which helps keep it a bit cooler, but it’s still a workout moving the heavy systems around. Kushaiguda is a busy hub and being in the Electronic Complex means we are surrounded by people doing similar technical work. We have a lot of equipment on the floor and sometimes it feels like we are running out of room. The workspace is divided into a few sections for assembly and testing. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find plush chairs or fancy decor. We use heavy-duty benches and keep our tools on wall racks so we can find them fast. The staff usually eats lunch together near the back bay where there is a bit of a breeze. We have been at Plot 25 A for some time and everyone around here knows us. It’s just a place where we put things together and make sure they work like they are supposed to before they get shipped out.
