Baji Associates

Baji Associates is located in Mountain Plaza, specifically T-3, which is on Road No 2 in Banjara Hills. It’s an older building, but it has a bit of character. We’ve been here for a while now. The office isn’t huge, but it fits our desks and the few people who work here. We spend our days mostly on the computer or talking to clients on the phone. It’s a lot of coordination and checking details. We don’t have a big corporate culture here. It’s more like a group of friends who happen to work together. We often share lunch and talk about things other than work. The street outside is always noisy, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We don’t have a receptionist, so if you come by, one of us will just look up from our desk to say hello. It’s a very informal setup. We try to keep things simple and not overcomplicate the work. People in Hyderabad seem to appreciate that we are straightforward. We don’t use a lot of big words or try to impress anyone with fancy presentations. We just do the work that needs doing. Sometimes the rain leaks a little near the window when it is very heavy, but we just put a bucket there and keep on going. It's just a normal part of our day-to-day life here. We don't mind the small things as long as the work gets done.
