You can find Babu Singh Higher Secondary School inside Eswari Plaza. We are on the 1st floor in Flat No 103. It’s not your typical school with a big field, since we are in a plaza in Nizampet. Being in a commercial building means we have to be very organized with our space. The 500090 area of Hyderabad is very crowded, so having a school right in the plaza is convenient for a lot of families nearby. We’ve got our classrooms set up inside the flat. It’s a bit tight sometimes when everyone is moving between classes, but we make it work. We don't have a big fancy lobby. You just walk up the stairs or take the lift and you’re right here. The teachers have their desks near the windows where they can see the street below. It’s a practical setup for a higher secondary school. We focus mostly on the exams and the subjects the students need to pass. There isn't much room for running around, so the students stay focused on their studies. We’ve been here for a while and the neighbors in the plaza know us. It’s a bit different from a standalone building, but it works for us and the kids. We just keep our heads down and do the work every day. The 500090 area always has something going on, so it's never quiet. We have a small room for the staff to eat their lunch.
