We are located in the Kukatpally industrial area, specifically over at Mythrinagar in plot 14. It’s a big space, 5-5-35/310&311, which we need for all the manufacturing work we do. Hyderabad gets incredibly hot in the afternoons, and the shed can feel like an oven sometimes, but that is just part of the job. There is always the sound of metal hitting metal or machines humming in the background. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist in a suit. Usually, you’ll just see someone in work clothes covered in a bit of grease from the machines. We’ve been operating as Baba Technocrats for quite some time now. Most of our days are spent looking at designs or checking the output from the machines. The guys on the floor know exactly what they are doing, even if it looks like chaos to an outsider. We have a small office area upstairs where we handle the billing and the government paperwork, which always seems to be piling up on our desks. It’s a gritty, hardworking environment. We aren't trying to impress anyone with the building; we just want to make sure the parts we manufacture are solid and ready for use. There’s a lot of other workshops around us, so there is a constant flow of trucks and workers in the lane. It’s a real industrial vibe through and through.
