N. Mohan Kumar runs things here at AVL Constructions, and we’re located at H.No. 13-1-117/A/3 in Aziz Bagh. This is over in the Jubilee Hills area of Hyderabad, near Seetarambagh. If you're looking for us, you can usually reach Mohan on his cell at 99489 78060, he’s usually got it on him even when he’s out at a site. We do construction work, mostly local stuff around this part of the city. It’s not a big corporate office with a receptionist and a coffee machine. It’s more of a home office where we keep our blueprints and handle the billing. We spend a lot of our time out in the sun at various building sites, so the office is mostly for the mornings and late evenings. Jubilee Hills is a busy place, but Aziz Bagh is a bit more settled. We’ve been working in this neighborhood for a long time, and people know us by word of mouth. We don’t do much advertising because we’re usually busy enough as it is. Construction is messy and loud, but we like seeing a building go up from nothing. It’s hard work, especially with the heat in Hyderabad, but it’s what we know how to do. We don’t have any fancy brochures, just our record of getting things built. If you need to find the place, it’s near Seetarambagh, just look for the house number on the gate.
